Diamond Epoxy Pros is an owner-operated, family-owned flooring contractor and concrete coating specialist based in Atlanta, Georgia. Led by owner and craftsman Pedro alongside crew specialist Marco, our company was founded on an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship: doing the job once, the correct way, with commercial-grade materials and exhaustive surface preparation.
Diamond Epoxy Pros is a full-service Atlanta flooring contractor and coating specialist. We deliver precision hardwood installation and dustless refinishing, luxury vinyl plank, tile, commercial systems, and commercial-grade polyaspartic and epoxy coatings over diamond-ground concrete throughout metro Atlanta.
Unlike national franchise operations that act as sales brokers and broker your project out to third-party subcontractors, Diamond Epoxy Pros is an employee-only crew. When you hire us, owner Pedro personally conducts your on-site moisture inspection, answers your technical questions, and works on your floor alongside Marco. We believe that direct accountability is the only foundation for true quality.
Company History & Growth (2021 – Present)
Explore the timeline of our brand’s growth, technical certifications, and expansion across north Georgia:
1,000-Hour Apprenticeship & Polymer Specialization
Diamond Epoxy Pros was launched with a specialization in industrial polymers, high-solids epoxies, and polyaspartics. Installers completed an intensive 1,000-hour hands-on apprenticeship certified in CTM commercial coating systems. The core philosophy was established: reject ineffective acid etching, invest in planetary diamond grinders, and apply lifetime-warrantied resin chemistry.
Acworth, Marietta & North Atlanta Operations
The company permanently established its operational hub in north metro Atlanta, expanding direct routes across Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Cumming, Alpharetta, and Buford. Introducing our signature 3-coat garage flake system, we offered residential clients a true commercial floor backed by a lifetime delamination warranty.
5.0★ Google Milestone & Custom Pearl Metallic Floors
Beyond residential garages, Pedro and Marco completed specialized commercial installations, including seamless metallic pearl epoxy floors for medical and dental clinics (praised by Dr. Daniela Lemoine), outdoor UV-stable patio coatings, and commercial restaurant kitchen systems. The business achieved an unblemished 5.0-star rating across 22 Google Business Profile client reviews.
Comprehensive Flooring Contractor Services
Responding to repeat client demand, Diamond Epoxy Pros expanded to provide complete residential and commercial flooring—incorporating dustless hardwood floor refinishing, site-finished white oak installation, waterproof luxury vinyl plank, and large-format porcelain tile alongside our industry-leading concrete coatings.
The Science Behind Our Floor Installations
In Georgia’s humid subtropical climate, flooring failure is almost always caused by improper surface preparation or ignored moisture vapor. Concrete slabs continuously transmit moisture from Georgia red clay into living spaces, and wood subfloors expand and contract with seasonal humidity swings.
Planetary Diamond Grinding (CSP 2–3)
We never use acid washes. We profile concrete with heavy planetary diamond grinders connected to 99.97% HEPA dust extractors, opening concrete pores to Concrete Surface Profile (CSP 2–3) for permanent resin fusion.
Calibrated Moisture Vapor Testing
We test concrete slab relative humidity and wood subfloor moisture content with calibrated electronic meters. Slabs exceeding 85% RH receive dedicated epoxy moisture vapor barriers.
UV-Stable Fast-Cure Polyaspartics
Our clear topcoats are aliphatic polyaspartics engineered to resist extreme summer heat, hot tire pickup, motor oil, and battery acid without yellowing under Georgia UV rays.
Dustless Hardwood Refinishing
Our wood sanding equipment utilizes commercial two-stage vacuum containment, collecting 99% of wood dust at the point of origin so homeowners can live comfortably during refinishing.
